We want you to love your order as much as we loved making it.
However, please note:
• Personalized & custom-made items (including pet tags with chosen colors, charms, or engraved details) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
• For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because every piece is handmade with care, we recommend double-checking your personalization details before placing the order.

• In order to return the product, please send a withdrawal application in free form to the e-mail address info@treatyourpet.eu.
• We will refund the sum paid for the returned product to the purchaser’s bank account without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date we receive a withdrawal application from the purchaser. SMMKIT OÜ may refuse to make a refund until the purchaser has returned to it the item that constituted the object of the contract or provided proof of having sent back the goods.
